From there, you'll cycle to your next stop, where you will learn how to make the traditional local delicacy, banana cake.

After feasting on the sweet specialty, you'll jump back on the bike and cycle to Nhon Ai Island, a beautiful mangrove retreat on the Mekong River.

At Nohn Ai Island, you'll see and experience the "monkey bridge," a connection that has been used by the locals for generations to cross the canals of the Mekong Delta.

On your way back to Can Tho, you'll stop at a farmer's house for a cup of tea and fresh coconut water.
