The tour starts with a pick up at your hotel in Duong Dong at 8 AM. From your hotel, you'll head to a pearl farm where you'll learn the traditional way of making Vietnamese jewelry.
Next, you'll head to the Sim Wine Factory, where you'll see how the locals make naturally fermented wine from Rose Myrtle flowers. And at a nearby farm, you'll witness the harvesting of one of Phu Quoc's main exports, pepper.
If you visit during the rainy season, you'll stop by Tranh Stream, a beautiful 10 mile (16 km) stream, lined with rapids and waterfalls.
From Tranh, you'll head to the Ho Quoc Pagoda, a new Buddhist temple and eco-tourism site located on the south side of the island.
At noon, you'll visit Sao Beach, where you can relax, sunbathe and swim in the ocean before enjoying a delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant.
After lunch, you'll head to the infamous Coconut Prison. This facility is also known as Phu Quoc Prison and was built by the French colonialists to house their enemies.
Heading further north, you'll travel through a beautiful national park with lush forests and fantastic wildlife before heading to a bee farm to see how the locals harvest honey.
Next, you'll head to Ganh Dau, where you'll enjoy a phenomenal panoramic view over mainland Vietnam and Cambodia before being dropped off at your hotel at around 5 PM.
