Day 1: Hanoi-Sapa
Your day begins with a hotel pickup in Hanoi at 7 AM and a comfortable transfer to Sapa.
The drive takes roughly five hours, so expect to arrive in Sapa around 12:30 PM.
There, you will be greeted by your local tour guide and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch at a restaurant.
Following the lunch, you will begin your 8 km (5 mi) hike, heading to the hill tribe villages of Lao Chai, which are home to the H'Mong ethnic minority people.
Next, you'll be hiking through the lush green terraced rice fields to Ta Van Village, where the Giay ethnic minority community lives.
You will spend the night in a charming homestay overlooking the unforgettable mountain scenery, and a local chef prepares dinner.
Day 2: Sapa-Hanoi
After a hearty breakfast, you set off on a 3-4 hour trek that takes you along buffalo paths and winding trails to the Giang Ta Chai Village of the Black H'Mong.
You are free to relax at the foot of a stunning waterfall where you will see the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during colonial times.
You will then return to Sapa town for lunch at a local restaurant.
Then, there is free time in the afternoon in Sapa, and at 15:00, you will be driven back to back to Hanoi, where you'll arrive at 20:30.
