The tour starts with a pick up at your hotel where you'll get introduced to your English speaking tour guide. From the hotel, you'll start your journey to Chu Chi.
On the way to the tunnels, you'll be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of small villages, and green paddy fields.
Before arriving at Cu Chi, you'll stop at a local handicraft village where you can see how the crafts are made and have an opportunity to buy some to take home.
Arriving at the Cu Chi Tunnels, you'll watch a short documentary about the tunnels before embarking on the tour.
The guide will take you around the site, and educate you on the history and architecture of the tunnels, and how the Viet Cong spent their time in this underground city.
You'll also get to taste the food they ate and see the booby traps they used.
The highlight of the tour for many people is entering and crawling through the actual tunnels. Even though sections of the tunnels have been enlarged to accommodate tourists, you'll still have to crawl on all fours.
