Here, you should feel free to interact with the vendors after your guide has given you valuable tips on how to bargain.
You will then board a bamboo basket boat and cruise down the Thu Bon River, where you'll get up close to the traditional fishing nets and boats.
The journey then takes you through beautiful narrow canals that are surrounded by the lush Coconut Forrest.
You will learn how to fish with a fishing net, and if you are lucky, you'll catch some fresh crabs to bring to the cooking class.
Arriving in Cam Thanh village, you will begin the cooking class with your chef. The course takes roughly two hours and includes dishes such as Pho Bo, Banh Xeo, and Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls.
You will, of course, get to eat what you cooked, and following the lunch, you are driven back to your hotel in Hoi An, where you can expect to arrive at roughly 1 PM.
